Antique platinum lady diamond and sapphire ring. The platinum filagree mounting has hand engraved millgrain detailing with 6 old princess cut sapphires and 6 old single cut accent diamonds. The center stone is a 2.21 carat old European cut diamond (J color, SI1 clarity). Excellent condition estate item.
